Have a halogen lamp to provide for better lighting. The Light unit is fitted with a light sensor and will automatically switch to moonlight when the room is darkened. . LED units hidden in the aquarium lid and only 18 mm thick. Not to worry, it is very safe! Also, there is a 12 Volt operation system with sunrise, daylight, sunset and moonlight cycles – 7 different cycles to choose from!
